Return Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you’ve ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
However, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and packaging, exactly as it was received.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products that require hygiene (e.g., intimate products) must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- You may be charged for shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, your return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name
- Customer’s address
After receiving your request, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the sender. We will provide the correct address after receiving your request.
Please note: You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) have received the last item.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed, and we cannot interrupt the shipping process. Therefore, a refund is not possible after the goods are received.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us Westwood London with a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Cancellation is valid once we receive the goods. Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
Note on Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary, and we have no control over the transit duration. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods, then return them to us. You can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To speed up your return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (unless you selected a more expensive delivery option). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation and the return of goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
